By using the Site https://juditlukacs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from juditlukacs.com.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services & Products

These terms apply to your purchase of the Astrosophy Life Path Analysis (Consultation) and the optional Written Soul Summary (PDF Guide). Both are personalized, handcrafted offerings designed for your unique spiritual journey. By booking or purchasing either option, you understand that these are educational tools for self-discovery, not predictions of fixed fate.

2. The Nature of the Service & Products

You are purchasing a personalized Astrosophy Life Path Analysis (Consultation) and/or the optional Written Soul Summary (PDF Guide).

The Analysis includes significant preparatory work by Judit (5–8 working days) and a 1-on-1 consultation call (online).
The Written Summary is a custom 7-10 page PDF highlighting the key insights from your chart. Please note: This summary is finalized based on our work together and will be delivered to you via email after our consultation call is completed.

By booking, you understand that these are spiritual and educational tools for self-discovery, not predictions of a fixed fate.

3. Payment & Booking

Full payment is required to secure your booking and initiate the preparation process. Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs).

4. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Because both the Analysis and the Written Summary involve significant hours of handcrafted preparation unique to your specific birth chart, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds on either the consultation service or the digital PDF once payment has been made, as the energy exchange covers the time spent studying your map before we even meet.

5. Birth Data Responsibility

To ensure the accuracy of your Analysis and Summary, you agree to provide your exact birth date, place, and time (within a +/- 1.5-hour range). If accurate data is not provided, a meaningful analysis cannot be guaranteed, and no refund will be issued.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule our call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling: You may move your appointment to a new time without penalty if notice is given 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be considered forfeited.
